TVF-QZ Splint Type Sachet Packing Machine

Small bag packing machine is a vertical packaging machine developed by our company independently, which can automatically finish the whole process including bag making, metering,filling,sealing,production date printing, tearing, cutting, counting and so on.

USAGE AND FEATURES:

♦ The series of machine is a kind of packing machinery with three pairs of rollers designed for realizing automatic packing of liquid and viscous materials.
♦The machine can realize three-sided sealing or four-sided sealing.
♦The machine is provided with a group of longitudinal sealing hot rollers, a group of transverse sealing hot rollers and a group of transverse sealing cold rollers.
♦The metering device has multiple modes to select, such as magnetic pump used for packing liquid, piston pump and Hibar pump used for packing viscous materials, and rotary pump used for packing viscous materials requiring continuous filling. The cutting shall be made bu adopting flat knife, serrated knife or marking knife.
♦The machine is also equipped with the tear able cut device to conveniently open the bag.

Applicable Materials

Soy sauce, cough syrup, pesticide emulsion, suspension and other liquid materials, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower cream, ointment, cream, etc.
